Maintenance

It is no accident that the homes and yards in Pinehurst Trace are in such excellent condition. Each homeowner pays a modest monthly fee and the homeowners association, under the direction of a full-time manager, takes care of it. This frees you up to enjoy the amenities of Pinehurst Trace and the year-round activities of the Sandhills region.

Exterior house maintenance includes roofs, painting, gutter cleaning and power washing. Included is all landscape maintenance - fertilizing, weed and pest control, mulching, even irrigating lawns and foundation plantings. You can be gone for weeks and your lawn will be mowed, your shrubs pruned and your yard, sidewalk and drive picked up. You can say goodbye to your lawn mower, fertilizer spreader and most gardening equipment unless, of course, you want to enhance your yard with flower beds. Our landscaping crews are here Monday through Friday, caring for the common areas, as well.

Clubhouse

An attractive clubhouse serves as the focus for many recreational and social activities within the community.

Most social activities take place in this beautifully decorated 7000 square foot clubhouse. The facility is also available to residents for private parties. The building houses a great room, three additional meeting rooms, a large kitchen, library , game room with billiard table, exercise room with hot tub, manager's office and a beauty parlor/barber shop. Adjacent to the clubhouse is the swimming pool and areas for outside activities, including a tennis court.

Activities

Pinehurst Trace provides a very active social life. Residents can participate in as many or as few as they like . . . the choice is theirs. There is plenty to keep card players happy, those who like to dine out fulfilled and those who like their partying closer to home satisfied. Holidays are celebrated with picnics or special observances. Our full-time manager (right) serves as activities director, and a monthly newsletter with calendar is published to keep residents informed about what's going on.
